Group Retreat

We offer safe, legal, and effective therapeutic experiences in small group settings. The majority of our retreats take place in Spain, though we do periodically organize events in other parts of Europe and the Americas, where the legal framework permits.

These experiences are thoughtfully designed immersions for people who are ready to engage deeply, cultivate clarity, and find inner peace.

The process begins with a series of preparatory calls, which include individualized protocols to help you prepare in both body and mind. Each experience is a carefully crafted multi-day therapeutic journey, where progressive engagement with expanded states of consciousness serves as a catalyst for discovery and growth. After the retreat is finished, we provide comprehensive support for integration during the subsequent weeks, helping you to apply the lessons learned to your daily life with wisdom and grace.

Each retreat is unique, while following the same essential principles that guide all of our work. Our focus has been refined through years of study and practice, drawing on insights from disciplines ranging from Psychoneuroimmunology to Buddhist Meditation, from Existential Counseling to IFS.
