Our online work is designed for those who seek consistent, grounded support for real change, without the intensity or expense of an in-person immersion.

We provide a stable therapeutic container in which patterns of perception, thought, feeling, and behavior — the subconscious mind — can be observed, healed, trained, and reshaped over time. We work with a wide variety of tools, including more conventional forms of spoken therapy, but also guided meditation, breathwork, movement, and other embodied practices.

Microdosing protocols are included when appropriate.
