We are rooted in the Basque Country, home to a unique culture that extends from northern Spain to southern France. Here there are thousands of years of lived experience in creating robust forms of collective independence.

Our work is to create a living, replicable blueprint for ways of living that have proven conducive to a more authentic, connected, and meaningful life.

There are three pathways to entry, each of which are described in more detail below:

If you want to learn with us through in-person retreats or focused online support; if you’re drawn to exploring both the inner work and practical tools necessary for navigating toward a better future:

If you have time, energy, and expertise to offer; if you want to get your hands dirty building or your mind engaged in creating something significant:

If you’ve been dreaming about this, and are ready to learn how it might actually be done; if you want a haven here and have financial resources you can dedicate to bringing the vision into reality.

For those of you who weren’t able to make it to an informational call, we will publish a brief video soon to give you a more detailed overview of the project.

A full website dedicated exclusively to Mycelium is also underway.‍

This path is the best-established and most frequently trodden. Here we offer our services as therapists and curators of change both internal and external.

In-person, we offer retreats focused on Psychedelic Therapy, and immersions focused on various dimensions of the Basque Model.

Online, we offer focused support for a small cohort that moves together through the Inner Ground in which deep change can flourish.

This path is for people who want to contribute to the work of what we’re doing, whether through physical labor on the farm or creative work from anywhere in the world.

We are not yet in a position to hire worker-members at a fixed salary. We are, however, in a position to invite collaboration from a range of people with diverse interests and skill-sets.

This path is a low-risk way to get involved in discrete projects organized as an egalitarian and cooperative form of enterprise, which — if successful — will share its profits among those who have worked to make the success possible.

Send us your CV to discuss creative collaboration from wherever you live:

We have developed a co-creative process for people who believe that another way of living is possible; people who may have been been studying, planning, and dreaming of this for years.

As with every aspect of this project, we seek to develop a model that is at once consistent with our elemental principles, widely replicable, self-sustaining, and an alchemical catalyst for a profound transition, from one way of living to another.

Here we ask for an investment of time, energy, money; what we offer is a haven to stay in Basque Country, membership in the founding cohort, partial voting rights in the cooperative, an in-depth learning process that includes an open view of everything we learn as we build it.
