What to expect
• A short, grounded talk by experienced professionals (30 min.)
• Guided reflection and open dialogue (60 min.)
• Space to connect with creatives, entrepreneurs, nomads and other curious humans who value depth over hype
Part I: Microdosing, Macrodosing & Evolutionary Tools for Modern Life
We’ll explore:
• How high-impact macrodose experiences can catalyze growth, and why integration often matters more than the experience itself
• Developing a mature microdosing practice
• Integrating other evolutionary tools wisely: breathwork, movement, nature immersion, barefoot, nutrition & fasting, cold exposure, sauna, more.
This will be informational and reflective, not instructional.
No substances, protocols, or facilitation will be provided.
Part II: Round-Table Discussion
Open conversation:
• Q & A
• Experiences, challenges, troubleshooting, reflection, etc.
