Not at all. We offer resources and suggestions, and invite you to participate…we never add demands or overwhelm to lives already overflowing with commitments.

The practices we offer are 30 minutes long, a few times a week.
Everyone is free to participate as much as they can or want to.

If you pay monthly, it’s €35.
If you pay annually, it’s €400. That way you get a discount on the community itself, plus exclusive access and discounts on gatherings, courses, and more.

We do everything in both languages, with some parts bilingual and others separate.
