In a safe and caring space, prepared with love and attention, we go into ourselves through the breath, with the help of cocoa and psilocybin microdoses.
We open ourselves to perceive, to delight in Being, in movement.
The body will be the temple, the guide and the compass of this journey. The music will be the map, the initial preparation and the final integration will be the safe container that allows us to take home much more than a fleeting experience: a spark that will nourish our daily walk.
